Gut Feeling or Hard Facts?

Do you know where you stand? Internal metrics such as RevPAR, ADR or your share of direct bookings offer valuable insights – provided they are collected reliably and interpreted correctly. Yet independent hotels often face challenges: fragmented systems, manual processes and missing interfaces make analysis difficult. Clear definitions, consistent data collection and high data quality are often lacking.

Our 360Review tool helps BWH member hotels consolidate all relevant data in one place, present it clearly and make it actionable – for smarter decisions and greater market success.

What was the objective behind developing 360Review?

Antonia Radetz: Our goal was to provide hotels with a structured overview of the most important BWH key figures and insights – accessible at any time, whenever they need it. We wanted to create a tool that consolidates essential data from areas such as revenue, quality, sales, and marketing, and presents it in a clear and comprehensible way. This enables hotels to better understand their business performance and take targeted action – always with the aim of achieving success together.

Which challenges does 360Review help to address?

Antonia Radetz: Many hoteliers face the challenge of gathering information from various systems. 360Review offers a solution by providing a quick, concise overview of current performance – for example, in the areas of individual reservations, MICE & Groups, or corporate sales. It helps identify trends, analyse booking channels, and understand reasons for cancellations. The tool also highlights untapped potential in the partnership with us – and together, we explore how to activate it.

What specific benefits does the tool offer hoteliers and their teams?

Antonia Radetz: 360Review creates transparency and saves time. Hoteliers can instantly see where they stand, where revenues have declined, and where they are performing well. This allows them to take targeted action – whether to improve guest satisfaction, optimise booking channels, or participate in marketing campaigns. The tool is also motivating for hotel staff, as it shows which activities are already underway and what successes have been achieved.

And how does 360Review support the BWH service centre in working with hotels?

Antonia Radetz: For us, 360Review is a valuable tool for both analysis and communication. It helps us identify early on where a hotel may need support – whether in marketing, sales, or revenue management. In discussions with the hotel, we can refer directly to the data and develop solutions together. This not only makes the partnership more transparent but also more effective.
